Cancellation Policy

We have a cancellation policy in place to cover the costs of our dedicated engineers who commit to providing top quality service all year round 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please appreciate that any cancellation would only be processed, once the engineer has already left to attend the emergency call. Each and every job is treated as an emergency so as soon as the job is passed on to our “on call” engineers; they leave immediately, usually calling the customer while they are on route to the job with an estimated time of arrival.

Cost of cancellation

If one of our engineers are already on route and a cancellation for the job has been logged down by our call centre staff, without the engineer having arrived at your property then the customer would only be subject to 50% of our fixed labour-rate. However, if the engineer arrives at the property and our services are no longer required then a full payment would be requested before leaving.
